Tell your story
your way
in your voice.
If your message were generic, predictable, or boring, no one would care how you shared it.
AI-generated text?
Sure, why not.
But you have a creative,
surprising, interesting story
to tell. Don’t you want it to
sound like you?
How can someone else explain your concept, pitch your vision, or make your argument in your voice?
Here’s how I do it.
I like to meet with clients—usually through a phone call or video chat—for about an hour (sometimes longer) to get a sense of what they need to say and how it should sound.
At first, I just listen, picking up the general subject as well as the rhythm and meter of my client’s voice.
Then I ask questions until I understand what’s important to my client and why it matters.
A few days later—when I’ve had time to mull over our conversation—I review my notes and organize everything into an outline that flows logically.
Once I know what I need to say and how to say it, I write a draft, give it a hard edit, and share it with my client.

What does all this cost?
It depends—on the length of the text, the complexity of the subject, the depth of the review cycle, and the extent of our prior relationship.
A straightforward 500-word manifesto could cost as little as $250.
A 2,000-word thought leadership article on a challenging topic might cost $800 for an existing client whose work and voice are already familiar or as much as $1,500 for a new client I’m just getting to know.
Let me know what you need and I’ll give you an estimate of how long it will take and what it will cost—with no obligation, of course.
